Who took the money away?
I’ve been thinking a lot about the market recently. Like I have been saying all along, if you don’t like it, just wait 10 minute. Right now, it’s downright bizarre.
We’ve had several properties which I felt were properly priced get over 30 offers. And others that I also thought were properly priced waiting to be asked for a dance. We have one right now with excellent square footage, great neighborhood and spectacular schools with out one bid. Read the story »
LaRouche Movement in Mill Valley…
Last week I was hauling butt to watch a few minutes of my son’s baseball practice/scrimmage in Mill Valley. Parking was tight as I rounded the corner to get to the community Center when I noticed a hub bub, crowds of people and police cars with flashing lights. What’s this, a ruckus in Mill Valley? I parked and dashed off to the baseball fields but not before I caught a glimpse of Obama with a Hitler mustache. Read the story »
Market Update
There is a lot of activity in San Rafafel. You have the lower end “bargains” and a lot of higher end properties that aren’t losing their value. As of writing this post there are 126 single family homes that are active on the MLS. Low end is $299K to $4.850M. (more…)
