Women Building Wealth Through Real Estate (WBWTR) is a portal for women that are interested in learning more about real estate and/or building wealth.  We offer news, advice, articles, opinions and new ideas. 

There will always be naysayers because its a Buyers Market or a Seller’s market but really no matter what market we are in there is money to be made.  The women interviewed by WBWTR have succeeded and failed and are now successfully investing in real estate long-term. I look at the Trump’s and Helmsley’s and its mind boggeling, overwhelming really.  Who can wrap their heads around that amount of wealth. Can’t relate to it.  What we can relate to and what we are interested in is how  these women are doing it one home at a time. 

We say come ride the roller coaster of what the market bares. Why not? What do you have to lose? A little wealth? Knowledge is power. Don’t wait for prince or princess Charming to walk through the door!  

This sight is not about Investing in “get rich quick” schemes. It’s about making the right moves based on education and example.  Women in these pages are taking steps, taking risks and are incredibly successful or about to get there! You’ll face pitfalls and challenges and quite possibly find along the way that investing is really not for you.  Sometimes you get lucky but its not for the timid. You’ve got to know what you are doing. Real estate is not rocket science. There are so many proven methods to building wealth through real estate that you owe it to yourself to investigate them.
