What’s happening in Oakland 94610, 94611 and 94618…

The chart shows the combined Oakland zip codes of 94610,94611 and 94618 for the past 15 months.  You will see a tremendous dip in sales and price that bottomed in January.  The rise since then is so steep and clear that prices have almost completely recovered from June of last year.  Needless to say, there is still a long way to go.

The 49 sales that occurred in this area in June was also the largest number of sales for the past 15 months!
