There is a lot of activity in San Rafafel. You have the lower end “bargains” and a lot of higher end properties that aren’t losing their value. As of writing this post there are 126 single family homes that are active on the MLS. Low end is $299K to $4.850M. The property that is listed for $299K is a 3bd/1ba fixer “vintage” home with original details/condition - on San Rael’s historical list. At the extreme end the $4.85M home is 4,560 square feet, is a Sutton-Suzuki design, and has a cabana/guest house. This home was first listed in 1994 for $1.275M.
