We are excited! Tara-Nicholle Nelson is next inline for WBWTR’s interview series a she has one big story to tell. Tara believes that real estate is ultimately about quality of life - whether the selection of your primary personal space and living environment, or the development of the wealth necessary to achieve and maintain a desired lifestyle through investing.
Tara-Nicholle Nelson, M.A., Esq. is a Real Estate Broker and Attorney, and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. As a single teenaged mother living in the Central California Valley, Tara completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology at the California State University. In 1998, Tara transformed her life, losing 60 pounds, leaving an abusive marriage and moving her children to the Bay Area to attend UC Berkeley’s School of Law.
Immediately after graduating from law school, Tara bought her first home in the Bay Area – as a 25-year-old single mom of two boys. After leaving a diverse law practice ranging from legal malpractice defense to corporate and real estate law, Tara began a unique real estate sales practice which caters to single women, investors, and parties involved in legally complex transactions.
Tara is a popular speaker, instructor and is also the author to Book One of the {RE}Think Real Estate series - The Savvy Woman’s Homebuying Handbook: 150 Insider Secrets, Decision-Making Guides and Online Resources - plus the 1 Action Plan You Need and companion journal.
