She tenured in mortgage finance and in 2004 became a real estate investor. She’s owned over 40 homes and increased her wealth by rehabbing properties and then purchased out of state positive cashflow properties that are being held for the long-term. Iris has invested in CA, TX, OH, NY, IL, IN, NV, FL and GA and welcomes new opportunities.

Iris philosophy incorporates the “power of partnerships”. Iris, like an investor, has ridden the rollercoaster of risk, loss and gain and admits that not all her investments have been perfect. She had some great hits and some painful setbacks - all the more reason why her experience is a gift for all those she encounters. Iris takes investing seriously and understands that you learn best through action.
