Curious what’s going on in the market?  I went and pulled Trendgraphix on the following areas to gt a general overview re what the market has been doing from 7/07 to 9/08: 

Alameda County

Alameda County has 4,439 homes for sale. 855 are pending and 758 sold.

Oakland

Oakland has a total of 1,441 homes for sale on the market. 346 are pending and 198 have sold. Of the 1,441 homes for sale 524 are bank owned and 353 are short sale). 

Berkeley

Berkeley has 94 homes on the market. 40 are pending and 20 have sold. Of the 94 homes for sale  10 are bank owned and 8 are short sale. 

Albany

Albany has 13 homes for sale. 5 are pending and 1 sold (no short sales or bank owned properties)

San Leandro

San Leandro has 271homes for sale. 66 are pending and 65 sold. Of the 271 homes for sale 72 are bank owned and 103 are short sale.
