LaRouche Movement in Mill Valley…

Last week I was hauling butt to watch a few minutes of my son’s baseball practice/scrimmage in Mill Valley. Parking was tight as I rounded the corner to get to the community Center when I noticed a hub bub, crowds of people and police cars with flashing lights. What’s this, a ruckus in Mill Valley? I parked and dashed off to the baseball fields but not before I caught a glimpse of Obama with a Hitler mustache. Read more

You know some days are just bad. As women we have to juggle house, career, partner/spouse, children and pets. There never seems to be a stopping point of the things you have to do and throw into the barrell a bit of PMS…do I have to say more? My lovely little prince had quite a bit to say as I was filming him today. We were touring homes together and I thought I’d use my new flip camera. Read more

Graffiti and filth and warfare oh my…
Some of the homes that I’ve previewed today are simply disgusting and a damn shame. I walked into a house on 64th in Oakland and it was terrible. We have a complex situation. We need to talk to you to get your take on a situation. Our realtor agrees because he says he has never had this scenario.
Briefly, the tenants at our rental have produced 2 lease agreements: one says the lease expires June 30, 2009 and the other says the lease expires July 31, 2009. I have the lease agreement that says June 30. The tenants are choosing the July 31 date because that better suits their schedule. Read more

I had to put my dog down today. Zack was the first dog I ever owned. I got him from Mud Muppies at Pt Isabel 14 years ago when Mud Puppies was just a small trailer on the side of the road. Zack was found as a tiny puppy, eyes barely open, and so sweet smelling. Read more

Hey Diva, Not sure what I am supposed to do. I know that now is the perfect time to buy a home but unfortunately I can’t afford to buy a single family home and am only able to buy a condo but all of the places I’ve looked at have weight restrictions and there is no room on the complex to run free. What should I do? Get the condo and forgo the pups? Read more
